The opening day of the 4th round of the P1 Jetcross Pro Tour in the picturesque resort town of Le Bouveret in Switzerland saw plenty of action against the back drop of the Alps on shores of the Lac Leman.

Championship leader Jeremy Poretwas back to his winning ways, setting the fastest time in qualifying and beating his brother, Mickaël Poret by 1.3 seconds to take pole position for moto 1.
Reigning champion, Valentin Dardillat's, day wasn’t so lucky when he crashed out on the first lap of qualifying breaking two ribs and leaving his championship chances in tatters. Morgan Poret rounded out the top 3.

Following an afternoon of fast and furious Amateur racing, which saw Belgium’s Phil Segers win moto 1 of the JX3 4-stroke class, and Matheo Pichon dominate the Junior category, it was time for moto 1 of the JX1 Pro Ski class.

When the band snapped it was Jeremy Poret’s Bullet that was quickest out of the gate followed closely by brother Mickaël. Steven Loiodice slipped into third with the youngest Poret sibling, Morgan, in fourth.

After a couple of laps the technical right-handed track, complete with two consecutive log jumps started to test the riders’ skill and endurance. First to fall foul was Steven Loiodice who succumbed to a hard charging Morgan Poret on lap 2 of the 12-lap race allowing Morgan to close the gap on his two brothers.

Further back in the pack the Kawasaki M1 rider, Raphael Maurin who started in 7th , was aggressively making his way through the pack passing the Bullets of Alec Enderli and Marvin Martinez to move on to the pump wash of 4th placed rider Loiodice. Marvin Martinez pressured Loiodice for several laps finally making a gutsy move over the log jumps to claim 4th place and that's way finished.

In the remaining Amateur classes Wilfried Gurnot won JX3 class and Alec Enderli, who may not have finished where he wanted to in the JX1 class, took a dominant win in the JX2 class.
Lou Dardillat headed up the Ladies class and Swiss racer Thierry Coutier won the JX1 Vets class. Regis Grelin made a decisive pass on Melody Lattes to win the first Moto in the Sport JX4 division.
